Get the MoneyOS Android app
The app adds Pay: scan a UPI QR or pay a contact, checked against your purposes, then paid in your UPI app. Bank Truth checks every spend against your bank's own SMS.

Install in 4 steps
- Tap Download above and open the file when it finishes.
- If Android says your browser can't install apps, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, and go back.
- If Google Play Protect warns about an unknown developer, tap More details → Install anyway. MoneyOS isn't on the Play Store, so Google doesn't know it.
- Open MoneyOS and sign in with the same email and password as the website.
For Bank Truth, share your bank's SMS into MoneyOS: in Messages, long-press the bank's debit message → Share → MoneyOS.
Optional: Bank Truth that reads SMS by itself
This version reads your bank's SMS on its own, so you never share them. Everything else is the same. Google blocks apps from outside the Play Store that can read SMS, so installing it takes one extra step:
- Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture → Play Protect → ⚙ → turn off Scan apps with Play Protect.
- Download the automatic version and install it. It installs over the standard app; you stay signed in.
- Turn Scan apps with Play Protect back on.
- Open MoneyOS. If Android says SMS access was denied (Android 13 and newer lock it for apps from outside the Play Store): open MoneyOS's App info, tap Permissions → SMS → Allow and OK on the "restricted setting" message, go back and tap ⋮ → Allow restricted settings, then Permissions → SMS → Allow again. MoneyOS shows these steps too. Some phones never offer this; there, share bank SMS into MoneyOS instead.
Is this file safe?
Only download MoneyOS from this page. Every build is made by the project's public build system and signed with the same key, so Android only accepts updates that really come from MoneyOS.
The standard app asks for no special permissions: no SMS, contacts or camera access. The automatic version adds SMS, and reads only your bank's messages, on the phone: just the amount, reference and time are uploaded, never the message. MoneyOS never sees your UPI PIN or bank login; you pay in your UPI app.
Want to check the file? Its SHA-256 fingerprint is listed on the release page.
Updating
Most improvements reach the app by themselves. When a new version of the app itself is out, download the same version you have (standard or automatic) from this page and install it over the old one; you stay signed in.
Had an early test build? Uninstall it first (it was signed differently), then install this one and sign in again. Your money data is kept on the server.
